COVID-19 Update: Orders are still being shipped!

With the current situation around the world we are currently experiencing delays in shipping. Please note SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE LONGER THEN USUAL. 

Shipping & Processing
  • All of our products are made to order. Our priority is high quality and happy customers. Processing of each order takes 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping time may vary depending on where the product is being processed and shipped from. To keep shipping costs down we work with production partners in USA, Canada, Europe & China.
  • Shipping from our North American facilities to North America will take 5-7 days once the order is processed. 
  • Shipping from our overseas facility will take 2-4 weeks, once the order is processed. 
  • International Shipping will always take minimum 2-4 weeks.
  • Note: All multi-panelled & Custom items are shipped from our overseas facility.
  • Note: Estimated delivery times are available per product and visible on product pages.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking Numbers will be emailed to you with your purchase receipt! Follow the link provided to track your order straight to your door! If you have any questions email us at thecanvaswarehouse@gmail.com

 
Important to Note
  • Delays may occur based on orders being placed on holidays or weekends. 
  • If there are any shipping or processing delays with your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible.
  • TCW will not be held responsible for any delays or issues with shipping due to package not clearing customs in the customers home country.

Returns & Refunds

  • Our top priority is customer satisfaction. However, all products are made to order and all sales are final.
  • If for any reason the product is not as described, damaged or defective then we will arrange to have a replacement sent at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued. 
  • Once an order is placed, and has been processed, we are not able to provide refunds for any reason while products are IN TRANSIT. 

Please ensure all shipping & billing information is accurate prior to submitting an order. We will not be held responsible for any undelivered package due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, nor do we offer refunds if the customer does not pick up their order from their local post office.
